At TAFT, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique footwear. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit or style, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all original tags and packaging are included with your return.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your unworn footwear in the original TAFT box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location listed on your return label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
